What is a Fitness Boot Camp?

Fitness Boot Camps are a group-based exercise program designed to burn fat, tone muscle, and quickly whip you into shape. A variety of calisthenics, resistance training and cardio exercises melts fat and strengthens muscles. We use group dynamics to motivate and inspire you to achieve your fat-loss and fitness goals. Positive encouragement and team spirit will motivate you to challenge your limits and achieve new levels of fitness and health.

What is included with the purchase of a class?

With the purchase of a 4 week Josoff Training Fitness Boot Camp Class you will receive: An initial Body Composition Analysis An initial Fitness Assessment Assistance in Goal setting Nutrition Recommendations Weekly Informational Handouts.

When can I start Boot Camp?

Josoff Training Boot Camp is on a month to month basis.  You may start up at any time however we will do fitness testing and body composition analysis at the begining of each month.  You can call Shannon @ 669-3242 to schedule a time to come check out a class.

What will I learn in Boot Camp?

You will learn the most effective exercises for your core (abs, hips and lower back), glutes, lower and upper body. We will teach you how to build a more functional, athletic and leaner body. Every Boot Camp session is different and we are constantly introducing new exercises to challenge you. We invite you to join us for a motivating, supportive and educational experience.

What are the expected results when I complete a four-week Boot Camp?

You can lose body fat, sculpt your muscles, flatten your tummy, define your abs, firm and tone your glutes, tone and slim your legs, improve core strength, increase your stamina, learn new exercises, fire up your metabolism, boost your confidence, be more active and energetic, make new friends and have lots of fun. Your results will depend on how hard you work in Boot Camp and adhere to your complimentary customized nutrition plans.

What if I am not very physically fit?

Nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. You are in control of the intensity and pace of your own workout. No one will go home unchallenged! People of all athletic abilities and fitness levels are invited to participate. You will inspire and be inspired by others. You will be among friends. Please contact us if you have had recent surgery or a serious injury so that we may help you assess your fitness level and capabilities.

Who is your typical client?

Our typical clients are people just like you who want to lose weight and get in shape. We are not Spandex and Lycra, but comfortable t-shirts and shorts. We work in a spirit of camaraderie and friendship.

Are you going to scream at me like a Drill Sergeant?

Only if you show up to class late! Seriously though, we do not respond to screaming and we do not scream at others. We work personally with everyone on proper form and execution of all the Boot Camp exercises. Everything you learn during Boot Camp can be incorporated into your own exercise program at a later date. We want you to love your results so much that you will dedicate yourself to a lifetime of fitness and health.

What if I'm running late or miss a scheduled Boot Camp session?

If you are running late you may have to do a few extra push ups or squats or maybe some burpies! but other wise just get there when you can. Missed classes can be made up every 12 weeks. This will allow you to miss 1 workout per month and be able to make it up. Boot Campers who have perfect attendance will earn prizes at the end of each 4 week session.

Can I bring a friend or co-worker?

Of course, we would love to have you bring someone else to help keep you motivated and accountable. Over half of our clients train with a friend they introduced to our Boot Camps. For every new friend you refer you will earn gifts or prizes.

How many weeks is Boot Camp?

More than half of our clients love Boot Camp so much that they attend Boot Camp for several 4 week cycles. Depending on the results you desire, you may sign-up for 4, 8, or 12 weeks. The longer the training package selected, the less expensive the workouts become and the better results you will achieve.
