Shannon Josof Bio
Shannon is a certified personal trainer with over 14 years of training experience.  Starting her training career in June of 1996 at the age of 18 Shannon has dedicated her life to helping people lead healthier more fit lives.

Her certifications include AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Fitour Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor and Core Strenghth Specialist. BFI Certified Fitness Boxing Instructor, Certified Kick-boxing Instructor and Self Defense Instructor.

Shannon is certified by the American Red Cross in adult and infant CPR, AED and First Aid.

She has enjoyed teaching group fitness boot camps for the last 4 years.

Shannon  is a volunteer Firefighter for the Manley Ne. Fire Department and enjoys helping out with town events.

She loves spending time with her husband Brad and two daughters Haylee 5 and Hanna 4.

Some of her favorite hobbies are Hiking with the girls, Running, Biking, Competing in races, Camping, Boating and Traveling (can work be considered a hobby?)
